A Community Sing
Experience an evening of music, remembrance, and community this Memorial Day weekend as The City Choir and The U.S. Army Orchestra join forces for a powerful tribute to our nation's heroes. Held at the beautiful Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center, this free concert invites audiences to pause, reflect, and come together in honor of those who have served—especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The program features Albert Tiberio's evocative The Wall, a moving work for choir and orchestra inspired by the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, alongside stirring American classics by Aaron Copland, Samuel Barber, and more. Come be moved by the music. Come together in remembrance. And stay for a powerful community sing-along featuring the entire audience.
Join us for an inspiring Memorial Day celebration of service, sacrifice, and the enduring power of music to unite us.
