Guest Conducting

Erin’s guest conducting engagements have taken her across the country, from Georgia to New York, from Missouri to Massachusetts.  Known for her versatility of style, she has guest conducted choral-orchestra, ballet, pops, education, and community concerts.
“I’ve had many wonderful guest opportunities. One of the most meaningful was with the South Carolina Philharmonic, an orchestra my grandmother helped found.  Another was the Martin Luther King Jr Celebration with the Buffalo Philharmonic. To join together 200 singers of various background with the incredibly supportive and talented BPO was a testament to the power of great music to build a community. And, of course, the most exciting was my unexpected BPO premiere on 24-hour notice.  Regardless of the circumstance, guest conducting reminds me of the ability of excellent music making to create instant friends and colleagues.”  – Erin
